Many thanks Platon. I was given to understand that the radio mast folded horizontally and was supported on a T shaped structure aft of the fin. I have since found out that the radio mast was telescopic and retracted into the fin, similar to a periscope housing. It will be good to see further footage of the find. Is there anything to distinguish it from the other U class boats that are still unaccountable in that area, such as Usk, Undaunted, Union, Upholder, Usurper and Utmost?
